Jim Payne, President

Our founder and president, Jim Payne has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of services management and marketing. Formerly a Worldwide Service Marketing Executive for Eastman Kodak, Jim has literally changed the way that many people feel that services should be marketed today. His innovative strategies, programs and tactics have consistently provided increased market penetration, growth, revenue and profits for businesses such as IT, healthcare, entertainment, graphics and government markets for both direct and channel sales.
