Jim Payne will be presenting “Long Warranties Are For Losers” on March 20th, 6:00-8:30pm at Toronto's Fontana Gardens. This presentation is based on his May/June Sbusiness Journal cover story by the same name. This keynote presentation will discuss warranty strategy considerations that include marketplace perception, internal factors and short and long term financial impacts on the business as a whole. Jim will present real world examples using a revenue forecasting tool that he has developed that will allow a company to model potential scenarios of product/services pricing and warranty strategies. This modeling method for services and product stake holders provides the opportunity for the team to predict their results prior to the ultimate implementation.

Jim Payne will be sharing the table with several other industry thought leaders to offer insight on the current status and trends of service marketing and sales. This panel discussion will provide a very concise and effective method of exposing attendees to more than one approach to their business challenges. The panelists offer extensive and diverse background experiences in marketing and sales of services products. After some initial overview of current industry trends by each of the panelist, the floor will then be opened up to allow the session attendees to pose their own questions so that they can find answers to their marketing and sales challenges.
